| Hello. Why would someone judge you for having a truck? I was trying to find an FC3S and couldn't find any worth buying before I had to have a car. | |

| Andre why, are you so obsessed with the LS engines? i mean they are good engines, but they are also heavy and expensive | |

| they are not heavy and not that expensive... you'd probably spend a lot less than trying to do a 2jz or rb26det swap, especially if you try to make a lot of power with those. i found a great 240z, but i just bought the capri i think the ls swap is much easier than either of the japanese engine swaps from what i remember. the cheap and easy route is the l28et, drops right in and can make good power. anyway - those are all things i'd like to do, except i'm partial to fd's. be glad to help whenever i have time since it's stuff i'd like to be doing in my own garage. hope you have deep pockets! | |

| my man xcoldricex speaks the truth, ls engines can bolt in very easily, plus its easier to draw more horsepower out of an american engine (besides supra engines) than most jap engines. also they are light for v8's, there made out of aluminum, just because they make a heavy agressive sound doesn't mean their that big , aaand american engines never mess up ever | |

| The only thing really wrong with an LS swap is all the custom work you'd have to do to save a dime. The kits range from $2000-$10000 depending on the chassis. I've looked into LS swapped miatas, Not cheap lol. | |

| yes, a LSx miata is ridiculous and way too much money.
also, oil starvation is an issue on ls motors if you're planning on doing any sort of turning. i'm still learning about these motors myself. | |

| dont the LS motors have an oil pump, so you can take sharp turns and still have oil pumping throughout the motor? | |
