| so on my little drive today, this lady friend of mine wanted to know how fast my first gear goes, so i then floored it in first to try and get to my redline, to find out my traction control is kicking, restricting me from getting to redline, which reminded me how much i hate traction control | |

That's why you turn off that shit. I don't have traction control and I love not having it!

| In my Cobra, the ritual when I got in was: Engine on, traction control off, seatbelt on, in gear, handbrake down. I forgot the T/C button a lot when I was getting in and out of the car a lot, doing errands at lunch usually. Adrian downtown is cobblestone streets, I'm taking a right at an intersection, the back starts to walk out, I level off the throttle and start to countersteer just as the T/C cuts the fuel and the car straightens out directly facing an old brick office building.
Ended up removing the ABS to disable it completely after it caused a CV axle to break.

| Yeah. I had a lot more fun with a prop valve attached to a knob on the dashboard anyway | |

Some cars have a fuse or a relay just for the traction control, others don't.
